Vitamins

Vitamins are especially important for overcoming stress phases, when plants reduce their metabolism to save energy. Of all the groups of vitamins, the vitamin B group is one of the most outstanding for its biostimulant activity, since some members of this group (B1, B2, B3, B6, etc.) act as precursors of coenzymes ( NAD, FAD, etc.), which are molecules necessary for the correct functioning of enzymes. Other vitamins, such as vitamin C, have proven useful in overcoming situations of oxidative stress, caused by ozone and other oxidizing agents. In turn, vitamin E has been shown to provide resistance to stress situations caused by low temperatures.
