Next, we optimize the culture medium and the fermentation parameters necessary to ensure maximum growth by controlling nutrients, oxygen demand, agitation, pH, temperature, among others; during the process.

Once the necessary analysis parameters have been established, the metabolites of interest are isolated for later use in our solutions. Homogeneity in the production of bioactive compounds is once again the key to ensuring the effectiveness of the products.
