The application of MOLIBORO FL in different varieties from sunflower both in dry land and irrigated land has allowed to increase yield (in the 6 trials made. The grease economic yield has not had DIFFERENCES that exceed 3 %. Oil production was higher in the variants treated with MOLIBORO FL . MOLIBORO FL allows you to obtain the most stable harvests with lower yield oscillations.

Crop: sunflower, varieties Cadix and Gibraltar in dry land; Labud and Gibraltar in irrigated land.

Planting density: 60,000 plants/ha in dry land and 95,000 plants/ha in irrigated land.

Location: 6 fields in the provinces of Cuenca (Castilla la Mancha), Burgos, Palencia, and Valladolid (Castilla and León)

Sowing Date: April 2017

Irrigation: dry land in the first 3 plots; pivot and drip irrigation in the other 3 plots.

Harvesting date: October 2017

Trial Design:

  • CONTROL: traditional wheat crop management.
  • Moliboro FL, crop management as in the control plus two foliar applications of MOLIBORO FL. Foliar application at 2L/ha in DRY LAND and 3L/ha in IRRIGATED LAND. The first application at the end of the vegetative phase and the second during blooming.
